Retro LLC operates Harmonic Tuner and related support. These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for App Store software unless a different license is supplied through the store; they do not replace Apple’s purchase terms or mandatory consumer rights. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
The app is for a general audience aged 13 and older. A parent or guardian must agree and supervise use when required by local law. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling.
Tuning and analysis
Harmonic Tuner is a music utility. Pitch and analysis results depend on the microphone, audio routing, instrument, environment, settings and software, and can contain errors. Check important measurements independently. The app is not a certified measurement device or a medical or hearing diagnostic tool. Keep playback volume at a comfortable level and stop if it causes discomfort.
Recordings and saved work
You retain any rights you have in audio you record or import. You are responsible for obtaining the permissions needed to record other people or use third-party audio. Importing a file does not grant rights to republish it. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation or bypass technical protections. Keep backups of work you need; we do not guarantee recovery of deleted or lost local files.
Store purchases
Any app purchase uses the price and terms shown by Apple at purchase. Apple processes payments and App Store refund requests. Nothing here limits applicable refund or consumer rights. Future paid offers, if introduced, will state their benefits and price before purchase.
Availability and consumer rights
We work to maintain the app, but software errors, device changes and maintenance can affect operation. Features may change with notice where reasonably practicable and as required by law. We do not exclude or limit any liability, warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the app changes, update the date and provide additional notice or seek agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued consumer rights. Contact support@retro.llc for support or questions.
