Email support@retro.llc with “Harmonic Tuner” in the subject. Include the app and iOS versions, device, audio input or interface, steps to reproduce the issue and what you expected. Remove private information before sharing screenshots or audio.
Microphone and tuning
Check microphone permission in iOS Settings. Confirm the intended input device is selected, play one sustained note and reduce nearby noise. Bluetooth and external audio devices can change routing or latency. If an interruption leaves tuning paused, return to the app and restart live input using its controls.
Recordings and saved captures
Keep the app installed while troubleshooting recordings you need. Use the app’s saved-capture controls to manage captures. Imported audio and recording features depend on your version; include the file type and duration when reporting an import issue. We cannot recover recordings held only on your device.
