Page requests and third-party assets
This site uses Google Firebase Hosting. Loading a page sends request information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and timestamps to the hosting service to deliver and protect the site. Some older portfolio pages load fonts or JavaScript libraries from Google and content-delivery networks; those providers receive the requests needed to deliver their files.
The current site does not load Google Tag Manager or advertising/analytics tags. Our updated app support and legal pages use local assets and do not set analytics or advertising cookies. Browser caching and technical hosting logs still occur. A browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal does not change the technical requests necessary to serve a page; we do not sell website visitor information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Contact and estimate forms
When you submit a contact or estimate form, we receive your name, email address and message. The form sends these details to Basin, our form-processing provider, together with technical request information used to deliver the form and prevent spam. We use the submission to respond to your inquiry and discuss the requested work. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in the form.
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you send, including any screenshots or attachments. We use it to answer your request, troubleshoot problems and maintain necessary support records. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Providers and disclosures
See Firebase’s privacy information, Google’s Privacy Policy, and Basin’s privacy information. We also use email providers to handle correspondence. We may disclose information when legally required, reasonably needed to prevent abuse or protect people and the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described here, considering whether you still use the relevant service, unresolved support requests, security needs and applicable legal obligations. Service-provider logs and recovery backups follow separate retention cycles. Removing information from an active system does not necessarily remove every backup copy immediately. Contact us to ask about retention or deletion for your situation.
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Privacy protections may differ between countries. You can contact us for information about the providers and safeguards applicable to your information. No internet service or device is completely secure; we use safeguards appropriate to the information and service.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of, delete or restrict the use of your personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent for future processing; or appeal our response. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator. Contact support@retro.llc to make a request. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity or authority to act for another person. We will not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Where a legal basis is required, we process information to provide the service you request, pursue legitimate interests such as security and support, comply with legal obligations, or act on your consent where required. Withdrawing a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
You can choose not to submit a form and can contact us by email instead. If you follow a link to another site or app store, its own policies apply. Please do not send personal information about children; contact us if you believe such information should be removed.
