These terms cover your use of Magical Trivia and its related services. The service is operated by Retro LLC. The store seller is identified on the relevant App Store listing. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the service. These terms do not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.
The app is for a general audience aged 13 and older. If you cannot agree to these terms under local law, a parent or guardian must agree and supervise your use.
For an app downloaded from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the licensed software unless a different license is supplied through the store. These service terms supplement it; they do not replace Apple’s standard software license or Apple’s purchase terms. Your privacy is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
Magical Trivia is for people aged 13 and older. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms under local law, your parent or guardian must agree and supervise your use. Protect your account and use it only as authorized. Guest progress may be lost if the guest session becomes inaccessible before you link an Apple account.
Trivia, access and scoring
The current version provides its existing features without subscriptions, in-app purchases or rewarded ads. No payment obligation is created by using these free features. If paid features are introduced later, their price and terms will be shown before purchase; free use will not automatically enroll you in a subscription.
Trivia is provided for entertainment. Answer matching, published questions, explanations and scores can contain errors. Tell support about an error so we can review it. Question availability and game rules may change, and we do not promise a particular score, uninterrupted access or permanent availability of every question. Some activities require an internet connection. Points and results have no cash value.
Groups and acceptable use
Use respectful display names and group descriptions. Do not submit or share harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, unlawful material, private information about others, spam or material you lack permission to use. Do not impersonate another person, cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with the service or bypass access controls. Report objectionable content or behavior to support with enough detail for us to investigate. Do not send passwords or unnecessary private information.
We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, address abuse or protect the service, with notice and an opportunity to contact support where appropriate. You may leave a group or delete your account using the available controls.
Question suggestions and intellectual property
You retain any rights you have in material you submit. By suggesting trivia or providing related material for publication, you give us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, edit, reproduce, display and distribute it as part of the app and its promotion. You must have the rights needed to grant that permission. Suggestions are not automatically published, and we do not promise payment or publication. Trivia we have already published may remain after deletion of your account.
Magical Trivia is an independent, unofficial fan trivia app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm or their related businesses. Referenced names and properties belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these terms grants permission to reuse third-party artwork or content beyond the app’s authorized use.
Availability and your rights
We work to maintain the app, but bugs, network interruptions, third-party changes or maintenance may affect access. We may update features or discontinue a service with notice where reasonably practicable and as required by law. We do not exclude or limit liability, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing here removes your rights concerning faulty digital content or paid services.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the app changes. We will update the date and provide additional notice or seek agreement where required for material changes. Revised terms do not retroactively remove accrued consumer rights. For support, privacy requests or concerns about these terms, contact support@retro.llc.
