These terms cover your use of Total Calculator and its related services. The service is operated by Retro LLC. The store seller is identified on the relevant App Store listing. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the service. These terms do not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.
The app is for a general audience aged 13 and older. If you cannot agree to these terms under local law, a parent or guardian must agree and supervise your use.
For an app downloaded from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the licensed software unless a different license is supplied through the store. These service terms supplement it; they do not replace Apple’s standard software license or Apple’s purchase terms. Your privacy is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Using the calculator
Total Calculator is a general-purpose calculation tool. Check important inputs and results independently before relying on them, and keep copies of work you need. Display rounding, input mistakes or software errors can affect results. The app does not provide financial, tax, medical, engineering or other professional advice. Do not use it as the sole basis for a safety-critical decision.
You may use the app’s available sharing features for your work. Do not interfere with the app or bypass technical protections. Any purchase is governed by the price and terms shown by Apple, including applicable refund and consumer rights.
Availability and your rights
We work to maintain the app, but bugs, network interruptions, third-party changes or maintenance may affect access. We may update features or discontinue a service with notice where reasonably practicable and as required by law. We do not exclude or limit liability, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing here removes your rights concerning faulty digital content or paid services.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the app changes. We will update the date and provide additional notice or seek agreement where required for material changes.
