These terms cover your use of Restaurant Roulette and its related services. The service is operated by Retro LLC. The store seller is identified on the relevant App Store listing. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the service. These terms do not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.
The app is for a general audience aged 13 and older. If you cannot agree to these terms under local law, a parent or guardian must agree and supervise your use.
For an app downloaded from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the licensed software unless a different license is supplied through the store. These service terms supplement it; they do not replace Apple’s standard software license or Apple’s purchase terms. Your privacy is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Restaurant information and use
Restaurant Roulette suggests choices for convenience and entertainment. Restaurant details, opening hours, ratings, prices and directions can be incomplete or out of date. Confirm important information, especially allergens, dietary needs, accessibility and hours, directly with the restaurant. A random selection is not an endorsement or a guarantee. Use maps and directions safely and do not interact with the app while driving.
Do not misuse search services, bypass access controls or interfere with the app. Restaurant information and external services remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms.
Purchases and ads
Optional purchases, such as removing ads or leaving a tip, use the price and terms displayed by the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation. Apple processes payment and refund requests. A purchase grants the benefit described at purchase; an optional tip is not a charitable donation. Ads and external offers may be governed by additional third-party terms. Nothing here limits mandatory refund or consumer rights.
Availability and your rights
We work to maintain the app, but bugs, network interruptions, third-party changes or maintenance may affect access. We may update features or discontinue a service with notice where reasonably practicable and as required by law. We do not exclude or limit liability, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing here removes your rights concerning faulty digital content or paid services.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the app changes. We will update the date and provide additional notice or seek agreement where required for material changes.
